Scheduled Streams created from the Webcam menu of the YouTube Live Dashboard are not supported. Please create Scheduled Stream by selecting Streaming Software from the Manage menu.
We will inform you about the situation where you used the scheduled stream you created in the YouTube Live Dashboard, but the live stream did not start normally.
Once you create a scheduled stream in the YouTube Live Dashboard, you can start live streaming by selecting the scheduled stream in the PRISM app.
However, the scheduled stream created from the ‘Webcam’ menu in the YouTube Live Dashboard is a scheduled stream for use directly by the YouTube Live Dashboard webpage, not by general live streaming apps.
So, if you try to use the scheduled stream created in the ‘Webcam’ menu in the PRISM app, the live streaming will not start normally and the following message will be exposed.
You can create a scheduled stream that can be used in the PRISM app as follows.
To start the process, go to the YouTube Live Dashboard in your PC web browser, not your mobile web browser.

- Select ‘Manage’, which is the menu at the bottom of the left menu list. The ‘Manage’ menu is displayed as a calendar icon.
- After selecting the ‘Manage’ menu, click the ‘SCHEDULE STREAM’ button at the top right.
- If you click the ‘SCHEDULE STREAM’ button, the ‘streaming software’ and ‘mobile’ options are exposed.
- At this time, you must select ‘Streaming Software’ even if you want to use the scheduled stream on the PRISM mobile app. If you use a scheduled stream created by selecting ‘Mobile’, live streaming starts normally within the PRISM app, but the live streaming is not exposed to viewers within the YouTube service.
- After selecting ‘Streaming Software’, follow the instructions on the webpage to complete the stream creation normally.
- On the live preparation screen of the PRISM app, click the ‘Scheduled Live’ text area to select and start a scheduled live.
