Live streaming error from PRISM apps to Facebook (Error has been restored)

This error has been restored as of November 19, 2021.

We would like to inform you about a live streaming error from the PRISM apps to Facebook.

From 11/17 (Wed), live streaming from the PRISM app to Facebook is not starting normally. Also, previous live videos that were streamed to Facebook from PRISM apps are now hidden within Facebook.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by using our app.

We are currently working closely with Facebook to resolve the issue, but please understand that this is taking some time. We will do our best to resolve this situation quickly and then get back to you.

(Once this situation is resolved, previous live videos will be exposed again.)
