Streaming to YouTube error has now been repaired.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience in using our PRISM app. We will establish fundamental countermeasures and improve the monitoring system to detect failures in advance.

Today The U.S. Starting at 04:00 on Thursday, January 19th, California time, YouTube streaming in the PRISM app (Windows, Android, iOS) is not starting normally.

This is a problem caused by exhausting all usage of the YouTube API available to the PRISM app for a unit time.

About six hours later, The U.S. The PRISM app’s YouTube API usage will be reset on Friday, January 20th at 00:00 California time. So in that time, we expect our streaming disruption to YouTube to be repaired as well.

However, we will do our best to act sooner and also share the changes with you. ​We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while using the app.
