The PRISM app’s chat overlay widget error has been fixed.
Hello, this is PRISM Live Studio team.
We inform you that the error in the chat overlay widget of the PRISM mobile app has been fixed.
There are two types of chat features you can use in the PRISM app.
The first is the default chat freture of the app that is fixedly exposed at the bottom left of the app screen, and the second is the PRISM Chat Widget used through the Widget menu of My Studio.
* Since PRISM Chat Widget is an overlay, you can adjust the position and size.
And, from July 25th to August 11th, the chat overlay widget did not work properly in some countries. However, as of August 11, the error has been completely resolved.
It took us a long time to pinpoint the problem and act on it, as the problem only occurred in a few countries. We sincerely apologize for this and we would like to express our sincere thanks to the many users who helped us solve the problem.
We will strive to provide a more stable and reliable service.
